The Mobile Cornvac unit is supplied with 12 feet of transfer hose. If you need additional hose, please order now to get a single piece long enough for your needs. Splicing of hoses adds the potential for clogging. On the shopping cart please select the additional footage of hose to be added to your supplied hose. Please review the products section on hoses for a more complete description of
why you may need more hose. This is a sturdy, flexible hose.
This hose is also used in our other systems below. Don't forget to get hose, standard corrugated hose does not work when transfering corn. The hose must be smooth lined similar to what we sell here. Our hose is 1 1/4" diameter.

4" Cast Aluminum Slide Gate

The Outer diameter of the hole is 4 inches, which will fit into any 4" pipe. This gate can be attached to your storage containers as an outlet for your corn. If your container is air-tight, the slide portion of this gate will make an air-tight seal to maintain your vacuum within the container.

Ash Arrestor 9000
|

The ash arrestor 9000 will reduce the ash buildup on the outside of your home. The ash arrestor is hooked up to the exhaust of your corn or pellet stove and the ash is collected in a pan for easy removal.
I use this on my own corn stove to reduce the ash build up on my siding and deck.
