Ease of Use:
The Photo at upper right shows the Mobile CornVac on top of a poly tank storage container (supplied by the homeowner). The wet dry vac (supplied by the homeowner) is used to supply the vacuum to the Mobile CornVac. When filling the storage container with the unit, the flow of corn is continuous with no stopping to undo latches or gates. The average corn stove user will currently use bagged corn or store bulk corn in garbage cans. To use garbage cans, the homeowner has to manually shovel corn into 35 gallon containers. On a daily basis, the corn has to be manually scooped out of the containers and into a bucket to bring inside to the corn stove. The Corn Vac system has eliminated the need for manually shoveling (in and out of a container) approximately 4 tons of corn per year. Simply elevate your storage container to allow gravity flow into your daily bucket for your stove. Let the Mobile CornVac unit transfer your corn to the top of the storage container. The average flow rate using a 6.5 horsepower wet/dry vac is approximately 1.5 minute per 10 gallons of corn, or about 45 minutes for a 1,500 pound truck load of corn. Very little effort is required, just bury the hose, sit back and watch.
