Clean Corn:
When using the Corn Vac system, the corn is automatically cleaned. The majority of the dust and other small particles will be vacuumed into the homeowner supplied wet dry vac. Clean corn is essential to corn stoves and corn furnaces. To provide a cleaner burning stove, the fine particles that are produced from harvesting corn should be removed prior to use in a corn stove or corn furnace. Any large particles are caught in a screen at the bottom of the Mobile unit. Our standard corn cleaner alone does not remove cracked corn or large particles, however a simple screen at the outlet of your storage container will easily remove the big stuff. Our corn cleaners get rid of the dust, red-eyes and other light particles that create a mess in your home as well as smother fires in your stove or furnace. Our cleaner also removes the fines in wood pellets.
